Tower Health announced that Stephanie Goldman, PharmD, BCPS, has been named Vice President of Pharmacy, effective immediately. In this role, she will be responsible for managing the retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty pharmacy sites across the health system.

“I am deeply grateful for this opportunity. I step into this role eager to bring my passion, dedication, and experience to the position. I am excited about the opportunities ahead,” Ms. Goldman said. “I began my leadership journey at Tower Health and value my place within this great organization.”

Before this role, Stephanie was Regional Director of Pharmacy at Pottstown Hospital, where she was responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all pharmacy services and staff supervision for a 24-hour pharmacy department. Stephanie will continue her position on various Tower Health committees, further contributing her expertise as a key pharmacy leader system-wide. A key objective of her role is to assess and enhance workflow optimization and operational efficiencies within the Pharmacy Department.

In her career, she has amassed over a decade of extensive experience across diverse healthcare environments encompassing retail, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty pharmacy settings. Stephanie graduated summa cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (formerly University of the Sciences) with a doctorate in pharmacy (PharmD).
